Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On February 14, 2019, TPG Specialty Lending, Inc. (the Company) entered into an eighth amendment to the Companys second amended and restated senior secured revolving credit facility, dated February 27, 2014 (as amended, the Revolving Credit Facility), (a) increasing the aggregate commitments under the Revolving Credit Facility from $940.0 million to $1.17 billion, (b) extending the termination of the revolving period from February 18, 2022 to February 14, 2023 and the stated maturity date from February 17, 2023 to February 14, 2024 and (c) increasing the accordion feature, which allows the Company, under certain circumstances, to increase the size of the Revolving Credit Facility, from a maximum of $1.25 billion to a maximum of $1.5 billion.
The foregoing description is only a summary of certain of the provisions of the Revolving Credit Facility and is qualified in its entirety by the underlying agreement, which will be filed as an exhibit to the Companys next Annual Report on Form 10-K.
